Taking bets - will it be a boy or a girl?

Well it has been waaaay too long since we’ve updated our family blog. First off just wanted to let everyone know nothing is wrong, everything is going great right now, we’ve both just been lazy about updating this blog. Early January we found out we will be expecting our first Baby Shumate into the world! How exciting is that?

We don’t know yet whether it is a boy or a girl but we will know on May 31st so stay tuned. Chris originally wanted a boy but now he is mostly impartial, BriAnna wanted a girl then she decided she wanted a boy and now she is back to wanting a girl again. We’ll see what the final outcome is! Regardless of gender we are excited to welcome the new addition to the Shumate family on or around October 15th. Here are the earliest ultrasounds of our beloved little baby.
